This trip takes place on June 17, 2023. The location is Citronelle lake. The lake is a very small lake with grass around the edges. Prior to this trip I had not been here in over 15 years. The lure I used to catch the fish today is the Shimano ArmaJoint.

That was a big girl for sure. That little side pond you fished has some monsters, but they're stupid smart. I had one about 8lbs break my line on a bed in it, and saw many many others in the 20-24" range, but just couldn't get them to eat anything
