NUTS. I busted a prop last year, in October water levels, on a tree in 25 for as soon as we passed the main lake bouy- right in the middle of the channel. Those trees and stumps could be ANYWHERE!.
The backs of the rivers have more of a straight/defined channel

I am from Rowan County. Is there any way to get in touch with TVD? I’d love to run the river like that in the summer—does he have a route already on GPS?
In the summer, you could really hurt yourself or your equipment if you don’t know the way.

Have you ever thought about taxidermy? I think you would find it interesting. Not as a profession but your own deer, deer foot gun rack,or skull mount..This would take care of winter time videos and show off your trophy..

Your buddy is a wild man on that boat. Lol. I think most people that are into hunting and fishing are also into pickup trucks and tinkering on things and a lot of garage project's. I would watch, and I think you may gain more scribbers too.
