On this video we smacked some bass and had a run in with the local crazy Karen!! This lake is surrounded by private property including the property that we launched from. We were at ” her” end of the lake where her property meets the lake, but she threatened us with a firearm so I feel like she was definitely in the wrong!! The property owner that allowed us to fish said we could fish the whole lake as long as we are in the water, and not on other peoples land.

If this is a private lake on private property and she owns all the property, how are they not trespassing. Navigable waterways I understood but if this lake is land locked by private property then shes in the right.
If the place was legally her property and private, she would have just went and called the police rather than stay there and engage.

You would have only been trespassing if you stepped out of the boat and touched the bottom of the lake.
I will say watch how you grab those tree limbs though, those are rooted to her land and you did touch her property at that point.
