Sexy shad is the ULTIMATE pattern to catch FISHERMEN and not fish. All that bass sees of sexy shad are shades of black and white. The only “COLORS” a bass sees are red and green.

That’s a great idea brother. I’m a huge thinking out of the box kinda guy. I can’t tell you how many fish I’ve caught fishing behind people in countless situations, most of them are moving too fast and only catch the most aggressive fish, not all fish are the same. I had a 150 gallon tank and raised bass and studied their behavior. I had a bass that would not eat night crawlers, he would only eat gold fish, and sometimes passed up others because it honed in on one that didn’t look like the others. I had a blue gill that swam upside down a lot. I can’t make my crank baits do that. So definitely do something off the wall. Peace and God Bless brother

I'm becoming more and more a believer in slight lure modification. Most folks just throw lures right out the package. Fish get used to that stuff. I love this idea

Hey Randy I know this has nothing to do with the video. But I thought you would like to hear this. Randy I was watching a fishing guide in Minnesota and he was using a jerkbait with a spinning rod and the jerkbait was a finesse jerkbait just like you have always talked about and the color was pink witch is a great color for smallmouth . It wasn't a megabass though I think it was a rapala. Anyway God bless you and your family your pal fisherman Mike from fair play Missouri.
