Bank fishing with a jig for bass and pike in Michigan. If you want to switch up from moving baits and fish the bottom with pretty good success you can never go wrong fishing a jig. At this time of the year I like a 1/4 ounce or a 5/16 bass jig. Green pumpkin and black and blue are both really good colors for jigs and should cover most situations while bank fishing with a jig for bass and pike.
