They should reman this lake, “Heart Break Lake” because the bass fishing on Berryessa can change and does change by the day if not the hour. Bring a good assortment of baits as you will go through a few before learning what these bass want to eat on that particular day. That being said, Berryessa is one of our favorite lakes to fish. The beauty that is Berryessa will overwhelm you, and no matter the fishing you will find plenty to fill your eyes. The heart break part is very much a reality, and Brenda and I prove this in this video. So sit back and enjoy our day on Berryessa.
