What a catch!
Just went out on the middle ocklawaha today. Used a 6th sense swim crank and killed them. The waters muddy from the rain and current was pretty still and it had all the fish tight to the cover.
I was raised jigger pole fishing on saint johns river. I’ve carried it with me my whole life ! I introduced my wife to it 20 plus years ago ( yes she catches more than I do now) she loves being in the front seat while I steer. We realized that I could use a short pole (12’) to second any strikes she might miss. I steer with foot pedals to achieve this. It’s just too much fun !!! Peace
