As a tackle junkie that likes to test budget gear ozark trail stick baits are the worst I've ever tested lol. The h20x stick baits aren't bad though. That ozark trail plopper caught me a 7.5lber, hooks and all held up fine lol. I've caught many on that exact color you got.
I would say Walmart for the pricing.

Honestly price being a factor your dollar goes further with the Ozark Trail. Now, how well do they hold up is a different story. I know H2O stuff lasts and the hooks are pretty decent out of the bag. I don’t think you can go wrong with either.
The ozark trail popper slays the clear coat gets scratched up really fast but that’s for aesthetics so who cares
I like h20 better cus it’s more quality, way more options, and a couple times I got an ozark trail lures the hooks ended up getting all rusty and the line attachment thing or whatever you call it got rusted to and ended up fraying my line a bunch.
