A Surprise Bass While Flying the Drone! 🎣and Dolphins! 🐬

What started out as a planned sea fishing session with Kev and James didn’t quite go according to plan!

Kev and I had originally planned to fish the same location I visited the other week, but a lack of parking meant we had to change plans and try somewhere different. James was also supposed to join us, but unfortunately had an issue at home and had to turn back. It was a real shame, as we haven’t managed to meet up for a while.

Despite the changes, the session got off to a fantastic start with plenty of bites. Then, while I was flying the drone, I got a great bite — and it turned out to be a really nice-sized Bass! 🎣

After that, though, things became noticeably quieter. We had a small pod of dolphins swimming not far offshore, and although they may have had something to do with the sudden drop in activity, it was still an incredible sight to witness.

As always, the session had its usual ups and downs, but that’s all part of the fun of sea fishing.
