  1. Common sense isn’t common nowadays. I was fishing this Thursday at a popular community hole. Right at daybreak, and I had the place to myself. Fish are busting and I’m smashing them with a jerk bait. This guy comes rolling up, blasting his radio. I was completely surrounded by feeding frenzy because I had floated with the current into the middle. He came in with the big motor and speakers max out to distortion levels. 😂
I just left and went to the next spot . I saw him later that day, he made a comment about it being a slow day. Wow.

  2. Ive had that happen soooo many times and crazy thing is (as long as they don’t linger) I like when boaters go through when I’m fishing(most times).

It’s like the fish think you left the area when the boat leaves.

  3. Thanks again Mikey. You shared the this rig last year, and I have been throwing it ever since. It I can be a little frustrating when casting but the weighted prodigy seems to catch everything in the lake – particularly this time of year. Yesterday it produced bass of course and a couple of large size bonus crappie. I enjoy your channel. Thanks once more for sharing what works for you. Oh, I’ve had some success on the next larger size as well.

  4. This is what happens when you’re dry-humping a FFS monitor. People aren’t paying attention to anyone else on the lake, nor do they care. And, why would they, “fisherman” like that own the lake. That’s what fishing is today. A giant lake filled with whats now 3 generations of “I don’t give a f^^k”. They’re going to going to catch their fish “at any/all cost”….(sound familiar). Just remember in fishing (and politics) today “…the end ALWAYS justifies the means. Just think what these fisheries will be like in 5yrs.

  5. Nice smallies Mikie, but them wasn’t small, I got some of those prodigy’s last Lear that you showed me but haven’t tried them, I m taking my daughter n law to Dale hollow next month on a guided trip for smallmouth im definitely taking them there, can’t wait! Thx for the technique! Great stuff. Tell Boggs RUFF RUFF from Tennessee! Keep the faith! 👍🥸🙏

  6. I can't recall how many times baits have run between me and the area I was fishing in the Horseshoe. I've since found better areas around Waterloo that hold just as good or better quality smallies. Man I would have loved to fish with you. I just picked up a boat for myself and can't wait to get back on the water. Definitely going to try the "Sneak Rig" in Waterloo.
