We like to come to this river for some unique bass fishing. I have encountered this species of bass here in abundance and they are some of the best fighting bass we have caught. Started with a traditional jig pb & j with a dark green blue bandito bug as a trailer and it was automatic we got hit right away. But the surprise came with topwater, bass were feeding aggressively. This trip was one for the records with big bass showing up to finding a Den of wild otters.
