Lake Perris has a size limit of 12 inches and a 5 fish limit for largemouth bass. Years ago, the keeper limit was 15inches and the limit was 2 fish total. California fish and wildlife is at perris regularly conducting fishing reports. They are encouraging people to take the bass home because there is an over population of bass in this lake. Bass are not growing properly because there is heavy competition for food out here. I dont always catch and harvest and I dont keep anything over 2.5 pounds. I dont like how the larger bass taste.
