Ben Milliken of Milliken Fishing was Arrested for Fishing Tournament Fraud!!??

Milliken, 35, of New Caney, surrendered on the misdemeanor charge Thursday and was released quickly from the Nacogdoches County jail.

In February, Milliken caught a Legacy Class ShareLunker largemouth bass at Lake Naconiche and falsified his contest entry form, Texas Parks & Wildlife officials said.

“During the due diligence process this fall, prior to distributing program prizes at the Toyota ShareLunker Banquet, it was discovered that Milliken did not have a valid fishing license at the time the fish was caught and knowingly falsified the contest/tournament entry form,” Maggie Berger, spokesman for Texas Parks & Wildlife, said in an email.
