Summer fishing sucks, especially trying to get bit on big baits. All that changes when a hurricane rolls through. It brings in cooler weather, a bunch of wind, and unloads a ton of water into our lakes which adds to the cooling effect. These circumstances push big bass up shallow to take advantage of the feeding opportunities in comfortable water temps.
