My buddie and I took a spontaneous trip down to Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia and boy I’m sure glad we did! This lake is highly pressured, but I was able to get a BIG BASS on day 2. We also explore the Roanoke river in hopes of getting some good smallmouth and wow, this river holds some monsters.
