  1. I think that just about every dedicated bass fishermen will always keep a handful of cards up their sleeves, I know I do. During tournaments I've always loved the question " where did you catch those" and the other good one
"what did you catch them on". I'm guessing that we've all been asked those questions when we're doing pretty darn good! When fishing for fun I get asked where I have been catching fish and if the guy or young fisherman is super nice I'll throw them a bone and be truthful let's say they're coming off pads. Naturally I won't give away the area where my particular pads fields are located of the exact lure or presentation I'm using. I really love talking about bass fishing but never give up my all my knowledge from years of dedicated research and hours on the water fishing all conditions and on different waters. Family members of course are different and my nephew is becoming a darn excellent bass fisherman. Relatives and one time out friends I'm an open book pretty much just attempting to give them the joy of catching a fish. I can give lectures and demonstration that can really help the average fisherman but I will always play my ♦️♠️ cards close to the vest. So Randy I hear you and I take what I do into consideration when reading ot watching any bass videos including yours sir! 😄

  2. I like how the tournament directors at local derbies ask the winners what they got them on, and the answers are generic “plastics,” or “cranks,” or “topwaters.” lol! Heck, my buddy and I have done that ourselves when we collected some checks.

  3. Any time a pro comes on our podcast, we always have the discussion and I tell them straight up, you do not have to give up your "Juice". What I ask them to do is at the end of the show, I want a viewer to feel like he can take what he has heard and go catch more bass. When you are upfront, the pro generally gives way more than enough and our viewers are thankful for that. I think both sides know the game but we manage to bring them together in a way that works. As long as everyone knows the game, it can work and our viewer testaments confirm this. If someone isn't willing to help his fellow anglers, they don't get invited on the show.

  4. This video makes no sense. Don’t believe them believe me. Don’t believe them because they are competitive believe me because I’m not. You wanted to name names I know

  5. I knew that these top pros always shared their tips and tricks for a long time and that they never fully reveal all of it. We have to take what is shared with us and go out and figure it out for ourselves at that point and I get it, this is how they make their living. I appreciate what you share and I have used your links to buy tackle when needed. Great video Randy and looking forward to seeing your new boat when you get it!!
