Been doing the same thing every year as I was doing on that terrible day. Sept 11, 2001 found me bass fishing on Williamstown Lake in Ky. Little did I know that a few hours into my day our world would be forever changed. As I fished around some boat docks, the local boat dock owner and one of the local CO’s came out and told me to come inside cause there had been a terrible accident ,a plane had crashed into a building in New York. I tied up the boat and went inside, and there were a few folks gathered around a tv. As we watched, the world as we know it started to be forever changed. Every year on Sept 11,iBook up the boat and head out to fish somewhere, always pausing for awhile to remember what that day really meant, and how much we’ve changed since that fateful day 23 years ago.
