Just because you may see a ton of bass boiling on the surface, it doesn’t means it will be easy to catch them! There are times like this that matching the hatch is one of the most critical things you can do as a fishermen. Basically this is a little food for thought in the BBZ mindset.

Is that DVL
You suck and that's a fact
I've gotten two stripers at the same time on that rig with the same lures and one was 8lb and the other one was 5lb
When does the bass stop boiling what time of month does it end
thank you Bill lets go fishing lol
I tried to find your video on how you rigged the 2 I could see you were not using a u rig I wanted to have your method as a back up in case my u rig didn't go smooth
bill I recently purchased an umbrella rig for my 2.5 inch spros I will be fishing 2 at a time any pointers you can give me is appreciated.
wow that dude does not have a clue to pull right on top and scare all the fish . Never seen someone pull up to that many fish and not catch a bunch
I have chased fishing busting so many times and caught thousands, but never once have I caught one over 5lb while doing it. I mean it's pretty fun, but it would be much more fun if they were all big fish.
He must of had like a 4 pound mono hahaha
saw this same thing last year, they were feeding on schools of shad, I threw a swim bait and nailed em.
should buy a 107lb.thrust it never fails me
terrible camera work…never shows bait rigging slowly enough …always just the guy…nuthin` helpful.
Iv seen BLK Bass do the same thing at lake Sucses and Kiawa in central CA. running a buzz bait over them picks em off well
Bill is backreeling. It's a great technique for landing fish on light tackle. The spinning reel is in free spool mode and you backreel when the fish makes a run. It's an old-school technique that has become less common today with the advancement in drag systems.
What the hell are you doing reeling backwards some times?
getting excited over a few 14" stripers…
you suck at fishing hahahhaah
I work small baits all fall. I Never going over 2.5in i get excellent result
15.00 a piece expensive
i just ordered my first bbz's yesterday from TW so excited!!!
@brandon the lures cost 20 for the four inch and 40 for the 8 inch
apologies for a time wasting comment. you've got everything listed up to your eye glasses! thank you kind sir!
How much did the Spro BBZ lures cost? I would like to get a couple.
dude i hate to say this but i dont like your fishing style and i think your one of the worst anglers on the tour.
wooooooow
Thank you very much, helped me a great deal.
Baseballer2043,
Check the Show More tag under the videos and it should have everything you need to know. Hope this helps
what type of line are you using? along with reel and rod specs if you dont mind my asking?
that always happens…99% of the time its strip bass and whites..they stop boiling when u get up to them…they'll usually hit anything when theyre doing that…best baits are a crankbait or zara spook when theyre busting the top….no need for some silly double rig on a spinning rod..
1998bigben,
Did the fly thing as a kid in all the socal lake. You would have a blast!!!!!!
i would love to take my fly rod up in there
good job but i think thats a whiper actually
I've been using a double rig withe the small bait in front and larger one in back and it has been quite productive!!!
i figured it was a while ago. this year is not like previous years. have you seen any boils lately
1 1/2 years ago
when was this video taken?
