So refreshing, a real angler. I look back to my beginnings and I wonder; how did I become a bass fisher without a boat. And now retired, I have a ten foot jon boat. Not much technology in that, I’ll assure you. Good luck!
👊👌😍
The boat don't catch fish! Plus it's likely paid for!
That's awesome Randy, you don't need a 100,000.00 boat to fish and compete in tournaments!
Good luck Randy.
You don't change oil in a 2 stroke. Lol . Maybe the foot oil. ?
Good luck Randy!
Good luck today Randy! 🙌
We are for ya! You have a big number by your name in winnings so add to it. I wish the AVX 20 or 19 models had 50 gal fuel capacity option. My old 481 Ranger held 48 gal.
i love the old boat true ol school😊
I have 2 helix 5s on my tracker pro team 185 jet boat
Old boat..cool! Old motors on Old boats…not so cool!
Oil change in a 2 stroke ?
Randy as long as the trolling motor and depth finder works you got all you need . And the big motor but you got my drift . Drop the trolling motor and go catch them . The best boat I ever had was a 1985 Ranger 361 . Those were the days plus I paid $12,000 for it 4 years old and sold it for $11,500 4 years later .
Can’t believe you went boat less this long. Will see how you do.
Good luck Randy.
Good luck Randy. Go rip some lip.
I'd be interested in understanding why a bass pro and point leader like yourself had to replace his boat during the most important and toughest portion of the season…then again who needs practice when you know the water clarity.
Good luck!!!
Randy I got a good laugh out of your deposition of the gas gauge / tank situation. I remember my dad’s boat was just like that, an old 1988 Stratos. This video brought back all kinds of memories man.
Good luck.
Randy, you don't need anything more than that to catch fish. I'm sure you'll do fine.
When? Been tuning in, diligently watching your videos to the end, givin' 'em a like, subscribed some time ago and still haven't seen one video of you fishing. Got some licensing agreement that prohibits you from making a current video of you fishing? You waiting for the new boat? How far back in your channel do I need to go to see you actually fishing? Your videos would have more impact if you were on the water giving a proper demo of how to fish the bait. I get that it's easy to walk out to the garage or the deck behind your house or somewhere on your property where there's a chair to sit and make a video. I'm gonna keep watching and scouring your channel for a video of you, in a boat, on the water, fishing! I don't care if it takes place in an old wooden John boat and you're using a bamboo pole with some string for line. I very much appreciate your videos and the information you share. I only watch one other professional angler's videos because you and he have the same "good people" vibe.
How many dead Perch over the years have you found in your live well the next time you go, 5:23 friends like that who Ned’s a co .angler
Going old-school that is great. Good luck, looking forward to hearing tournament results.
All the elite anglers should have to use 35yr old boats too….😉
Wishing you good fishing Mr. Randy
Watch the wind tomorrow I think it’s going to blow
Watch Jacob Wheeler new video he just put out on new FFS rules. They can only use FFS in 1 period out of 3. They can use FFS in practice but only can use for 1 stage out of 3. They are forced to use other techniques in the other 2 periods.
That’s it Randy I got a lowrance 7 at the wheel and a 5 on the front all I need
Good luck
The old boats are the best
Good Luck! Be safe!
Good luck
Good luck Randy in your tournament. Stay safe.
The fish don’t care how old the boat is Randy. Good luck!
Yahoo! Welcome back for a bit to the real world Randy! This is actually the world the average bass fishermen and BASS members come from. Many of us fish or have fished from any boat that floats and are happy campers. I count myself among the lucky ones as it was 1981 when I bought my first bass boat a brand new Ranger. There have been times during all these years I've fished with others who weren't so fortunate and you might be surprised at the site of these boats but guess what, I've had some great times and caught some really nice fish and of course lost at least one wall hanger. It seems that our beloved quarry can't tell the style, age or type of boat let alone the horse power of the outboard or even if we have an engine on the rig we're fishing out of. Over the years I've purchased a couple 12ft aluminum boats for the Willamette river a Bass Hunter for the ponds and a brand new Tracker tournament tx with a Merc 75hp. I'm ecstatic your fishing in the real world in this tournament and I'm rooting for you. For all or sakes will you please honor us in the real world and show those so called video anglers where they can put their forward facing sonar! GOOD LUCK and SKILL Randy.
