Good day on the beach for sure. Today I was casting a 115 Battlestar over 5' breakers (Mendocino), but the big Redtail perch were smashing it before the stripers could find it. Finely hooked up on a striper on the edge of a rip trough. Not so funny, today our rip was so strong that my 25" fish felt like 35"..
