I had my doubts about the big worm catching bigger fish than average 7 inch worm but where you are might have something to do with it . Our fish aren't as big here so I still don't know , I want to try the 10 or 12 inch where I fish then I can say If the bigger worm s work , as a rule of thumb the bigger the bait the bigger the fish
