Bass Fishing Lake Murray during the Blueback Herring/Shad Spawn

My wife and I went camping at Dreher Island for 3 days and we were able to fish for 2 days. The blueback herring and the shad were spawning, so we were able to catch a few and a couple of good ones. The main baits we caught them on were a Strike King Sexy Dog, a Sebile Magic Swimmer, and a paddle tail swimbait.
