In the spring, I will choose 4-5 types of lures and I will only fish those 4-5 types all year just to learn those lures inside and out.
This winter/spring I’ll be switching to the Jigs, Tokyo rig, underspin, Neko, and maybe lipless. If I catch them, I catch them. If I don’t, at least I’m outside!

This may be a little off subject but I need more specific info on the braid to fluorocarbon. There is regular fluorocarbon line and there's fluorocarbon "leader" line. A lot of videos are not very specific on this topic. What do you suggest? Love the videos, keep up the good work.

When I'm teaching someone to fish a jig, the first thing I do is go with a smaller size and take the skirt off. That reduces the bulk and increases the amounts of bites you'll end up getting, although they will be smaller fish. The point is, you'll learn why a jig is such an effective tool for catching bass. You learn to feel that bottom composition and how use a jig as your eyes underwater. When they have some confidence, then it's time to put the skirts back on and go from there.

Jig fishing…..any style of jig……is my favorite way to fish. This past Labor Day weekend was a typical jig weekend for me. Caught several on a 1/2 oz jig and the Bass were loosing their minds over it. My absolute favorite way to fish. I do use a Heavy rod though….just personal preference.
Thats me i have no confidence in a jig i try throwing it around and just feel like im doing it wrong and give up and throw a drop shot to just catch something lol

I locked on a vibrating jig last year from 8 in the morning until I got my first fish at 230pm. I disliked the original vibrating jig until I got the Jackhammer and Thundercricket.
Thank you Tyler for the tip, went out for a short bit & rigged up a perch colored football jig with a green pumpkin ZMan Hella Craw, 4th cast he hit it. Easily my 2nd best bass of the year by size (didn’t get a weight cause my scale was in my truck & I did want to risk harming him), between 16-17” according to the ruler on my Googan rod. Gonna be throwing this a lot more. Tight Lines

I sure dont most not know how to fish the football jig start with.Guy that won bassmaster here in my home town thats when people learned about this..My neibor the one started the chatterbait to the public cause we was already using this not a idea he just had LMAO it started with a spinnerbait
