Flipping wood for city bass in Austin, Texas – bass fishing after work

Took off a bit early Friday to get a few hours of bass fishing on the local pond. After three weeks of dropshot, wanted to spool up the heavier line and flip some up with the Zoom Baby Brush Hog.

Fought the wind and didn’t get into the numbers I thought I would, but it was great laying into a few with the Megabass Orochi XX x Shimano Scorpion combo to the test.
