I’ve never caught a Spotted Bass. I’d like to get a few under my belt before I head to California’s Lake Shasta this summer to get a feel for what I’m in for. I always rig rods the night before a big trip in anticipation for what I think I’ll be throwing and then end up changing lures anyways but it’s the anticipation leading up to a trip that’s a huge part of my planning and preparation.
