  1. Hi Mister Ty. I’m here in San Antonio, TX, and am just getting into freshwater fishing. I’m a bank fisherman, what with all the ponds in and around San Antonio, and want to know what you think the best lures would be for my case?

  2. I always have a jig ( mimicking forage) on a pole regardless. Just incase they are striking, bumping or swiping but not fully committing. That jig seems to work almost every time I switch over after a strike/bump… They seem to take the jig , and take it easily.
Great info , and another great video.
I'm using most of these baits… Except a deep diver, as I am mostly river fishing & the river isnt high enough…
Now if I had a boat I could easily find deeper water further upstream or further downstream past the city.

  3. Thanks for taking the time to give tips I’ve been trout fishing my whole life and when it comes to trout I can wear them out all year. But I just recently moved to Central Arkansas where it is mostly warm water fishing so I took up bass fishing and I quickly realized that they are two completely different monsters. Although I got pretty good summer fishing the water is finally starting to cool down and now the baits I have been using all summer are no longer as effective as they were a month ago so I definitely appreciate the tips Ty

  4. Here in Montana there are a few ponds that I fish that hold smallmouth bass. That being said is snows in November. Should I just jump to “late fall” fishing techniques ???

  5. Love it that we have an Ohioan point of view finally. And bro you hit it on the head with the buzz bait! Where I'm fishing once you see minnows poppin on the surface in the fall I pick up a buzz bait and more often than not it will turn a tough day into a great day. Fall to me means jig and a buzz bait!!
