I finally caught a big bass from the bank! Fall bass fishing with a Bagley jerkbait finally paid off. With all of the smaller bass I have been catching, this big bass was a welcome surprise. This is proof you can still catch big bass from the bank in fall. I even catch two more largemouth bass just under a pound on this same trip. I sure hope this means the bass fishing is getting better because this season has been unusually difficult. My confidence level just went up a few points and I hope to catch more big bass from the bank this fall. #bassfishing #realistic

Nice chunky 3 pounder there. Fall is a great time for using jerk baits as a search bait. Then I tend to hunker down and work an area thoroughly with a Texas rig or shaking a dropshot. Awesome video brother

IAN it rained 4 days straight no major flooding but since then the fishing has been bad…Unfortunately they are having several Regattas here that they couldnt because of IAN so i have been unable to fish my usual spot. I heard tomorrow is the last one and with these last few days of Warmer than usual temps im hoping things heat up again…Happy Fishing!
I need to try throwing jerk baits more often.. usually throw crank baits. Also I need to get a Saturday off so I can actually go fishing. Curse my workplace and it's 6 day work weeks..

Fishing this year has been tough. There has been a big drought in my area, and I don't know if I'm just not fishing with the right lures, or if the drought just makes it impossible to catch anything.
