what do you think the proper size tank should be for a South American red tailed cat?
Why can't you put out a net and catch your own wild fish, then freeze them?🤔
Josh introduced both arapimas as “Brutus”. “This is Brutus our 4 foot arapaima and this is Brutus our 6 foot arapaima ” isn’t one named Baxter or something like that?
😊❤
cooking a giant fish meat please
I love a huge leporinus in a community of other pricks. That’s a sad loss.
Great video
Like to see your electric bill. Lol
So many amazing monster fish at OFR, but their Ara-Arapaimas are my most absolute favorite and it’s a real treat when they make vids about them, especially in such a dope pool pond. Never seen anything like it outside of OFR. Let’s just live vicariously through OFR and let the professionals care for this breed.
Sunny SoCal keepin’ it fishy🐠☀️🏝
How big is the poop and how do you clean it up? Massive fish!
Isn't there any Asian carp nearby to feed them?
Can't wait to see some of those big guys at the Legasea. hopefully Brian will be able to see it on video .. fingers crossed
Great video Josh, and very eye opening on the size of the fish and how much it costs to feed them! 😊
Will all the fish u have why no snakeheads?
In 2011, there was a 327lb Alligator Gar that was 8' 5", which came out of Mississippi Lake.
Hey Josh, have you guys thought about breeding shrimp to feed to your monster fish? In hopes of cutting down on some of the costs? Just curious.
you should see how much i spend on nachos every year
Sort your math out
Would love a mini arapaima. They are cute. But over half a ft long is too much.
What happened to the dude that gave U Brutus
Matts monster fish was it
It is ridiculous that people like predatory fins import these fish (as well as many other species of giant fish) the way they do and will just sell those fish to anybody. I use to watch predatory fins channel but stopped watching it awhile ago because I can't support somebody like that.
I don't know if it would be suitable for the Arapaimas. Couldn't you try them on Muzuri Croc Diet as that is for large freshwater predators which might keep the cost down on the food.
8 ft arapaima… that would be sooper..awesome.. can we achieve this in the monster pond..??
The gars look huuuge.
I feed the 240 gallon of large Rainbow fish beefheart and also one large shrimp that lasts about three days. Plus top quality flake and pellet foods. It's enough spent!
Aren't some of the pool fish destined for public aquaria one day or are you lifetime keepers?
