The Megabass Z2 and IXI Shad are magic in cold, pressured waters. Paired to a “power” BFS setup with 8lb fluoro, these tiny 2″ crankbaits get big bites. When I downsize jerkbaits I generally catch smaller fish. Ditto topwater. But there’s something about a crankbait that defies size when it comes to quality fish.
