Do you have a favorite winter time trick for getting a few more bites?
Here in Florida on the east coast we have largemouth. I fish ponds mainly, and I always get them on shartruce yellow tiped worms on a wacky rig. Any suggestion on better colors to try? Also swim bait colors like flukes and paddle tails
Thank you so much it’s getting pretty cold in New York and I’m newer to fishing. I’m going fishing tomorrow and I needed this to get some bites hopefully
Hey this is a positive quote (winter time fishing) I try black and blue jigs and went to small jigs but nothing works
Great call on 'Listerene Blue'. I occasionally get bit by the lure color bug, and have walked out of the store with a couple handfulls of Listerene Blue soft plastics. Maybe next time it's Fire orange…you just can't predict these things, lol.
Interesting, so many other anglers are saying to use the most natural colors possible and here you are tossing listerine just fine! Thanks for sharing.
Lol love the name of the channel even know you obviously know you’re stuff!
Great information there LowBrow.. I’ve gotten a few crazy colors I need to try out
36°! I need my lil buddy heater 😂 🥶
Thanks again buddy! You always make me think and try new techniques, tips and tricks! Happy New Year's to you and the family brother!
I never was one for spending a bunch of money on all those fancy gizmos and gadgets. What I been using for years suits me just fine
A tube is a great all year bait that most guys forget about. They work for more than just smallmouth!
I love a black trail to worm. I started dipping the tails in chartreuse dye for added effect.
I freeze my butt off out there but I can at least get a couple bites. I wish spring would hurry up!
I never thought about bass eyesight being so important in winter but it makes sense. Cold water gets clear in my area.
I really like those crazy worm colors! I want to learn to make my own
