Cheating in a BASS Tournament

Ray Scott was the founder of the Bass Angler’s Sportsman Society (B.A.S.S.) and ran the tournaments for the first 40 years. There were attempts to cheat in those early years but Ray uncovered them and took care of the situation without any fanfare. He didn’t want any press so he kept everything under wraps. I was aware of a couple of attempts.
