Spooky Smallmouth Bass/ River Bass Fishing

Kayak fishing the Chenango River in the Early morning with my friend Fishin’ Tommy. I wasn’t going to use the Heddon Super Spook Jr. but something told me to just try out haven’t ever had any luck with it. Paying homage to my idol @ndyakangler. I was doing a nice fast twitch and pause action this mini football came back for it. Nice area where the water pours into a big pocket excellent funnel for all the bait fish coming through for the Smallmouth Bass. Solid 16″ Smalley on topwater is about as fun as it gets and you can clearly tell by my excitement through the video.
