I know what you mean about the heat there. I just got back home from Austin and Padre island. The heat is brutal if your not use to it and I'm not. It's definitely a struggle.
You pulled off a really good result out of a hell of a tough day! But seriously Kristine you have to take care of your body!! You are an athlete, just like when you played on a team. Feed your body, give it water, help it help you perform to your best!
