Hoping to put these tips to work and catch my first flipping fish.
That helps to know by tighten the reel so your bait comes off slow.
Great video on flipping 👏 your info helps a bunch. Thanks for sharing 🎣 👍
The flipping and punching bite has been great in my area lately. I like how Matt pointed out that you can pretty much flip with anything if it's setup correctly and I couldn't agree more! One of my favorite techniques is to flip a Berkley Pit Boss on a 3/16 Hover Rig using a 7' M rod using a spinner with 10 lb braid to a 6 lb fluoro leader. I'm targeting gaps in the hydrilla and using almost the same technique as "normal" flipping – flip it out…pop that bait a few times…then reel it in. Caught some nice toads doing that.
Preciate the tips love flipping
Really appreciate the information on flipping in the fall, veterans God bless y'all
Great tips, guys. Thank you. Matt, you better watch that sun exposure, buddy.
Very interesting all these guys rod choices differ.
Navy Brat here. Thanks for your sacrifice
Great tips and a shot at free coffee! Thanks BFD! FL is all about the flippin bite!
Got a coach e channel finally 👏
Great advice men.
Good advice Matt
Lot’s of great tips, thank you!!
Thanks Guys .
👍👍👍👍👍
Flippin is the coolest. Just the idea of maybe getting one on the fall makes my heart race. Nothing beats that thunk and then bam hook set time!!
Thanks guys for the awesome tips.
Matching the rod to the bait is my favorite tip. I sometimes forget to do that and over power my bait with to heavy of a rod.
Like Kyle’s tip on adjusting the spool tension. Definitely different than the typical tension used when casting. Good to know.
Thank you guys loved the tip of matching the rod to the bait and situation.I feel this is often overlooked.God bless our vets!!!! Thank you for your service!!!!
