Hmm, I never use a weight but you got me thinking differently now. I have a hard time feeling the bite when I use weight. How long after you hop off the bottom do you let it sit?
Imagine ur homie starts tasting his softplastic to see how fast it falls 😂
Tyler risked his life for this video
Not everyone fishes on a boat so weight is sort of necessary for casting distance.
Buddy gotta eat some protien and hit the gym occasionally. Struggled with breaking a rummer worm haha
Thank you for doing this video it really help me a lot keep doing more videos
any texas rig tips specifically for smallmouth? i’m a huge smallie fan but i don’t really care for largemouth
Lol
Lead is toxic for the environment, correct?
Great Info.. Thanks
Nice content, very helpful! Thanks. BUT! I'm still pissed that you killed Maximus in the movie Gladiator. That was a bummer bro
And its alway beneficial to have jesus on the shoreline telling you where to cast as well. God bless you tyler, your insights are greatly admired
Took Good Mythical mornings “let’s talk about it” 😭
MILF except mom is replaced with mouth
great demo and analysis. thanks for the data
As always great video. I was looking for this kind of info. 1 question thou,
In a sliding un pegged bullet weight when casting how fast does the weight fall versus the soft plastic if any and I'm sure it does. Can you happen to show that in your pool😁
Would you say always weightless from bank?
So if im pond fishing for bass, should I try to go weightless if possible? I have been fishing all week on a 3/16oz weighted texas rig without a single bite. Not much cover. Its pretty wide open. Ive been experimenting all week and starting to think bass fishing just isnt my thing.
Tyler, youre awesome. Best fishing videos ever. Thanks for teaching me!
Great video thanks buddy
Awesome Video, thank you for the fishing lesson my friend.. And keep on trying you'll break that soft plastic yet! lol
The best channel! your fast to the point. Hola
Thanks for the video. Much appreciated
whats a good worm for bass fishing a must go to for a nice hit
Tyler!! Do you have a link for that thing on your baseball cap? It’s to keep hooks when you tie them, correct?
Some good information I never even knew of. Seems like every time I use any weight while fishing it’s just a magnet for weeds and snags on everything possible in the water
Tyler – great vid man. Question since I know most Anglers and outdoors types are in favor of conservation (wildlife + habitat): do lead weights contaminate water? Being the expert I am in getting snagged/caught up, while catching relatively few fish, it's something I think about. In other words, if you're just donating lead to the water and not catching many fish…does that hurt the lake/river?
I know you specifically talking about bullet weights when Texas rigging while you’re on a boat, but for many who bank angler I really like and stick with 3/8 ounce bullet weights tungsten and since I cast it’s been my go to. However I predominantly fish in river where current is some times choppy or calm depending on wind. But I also recognize to there is often under current that happens also when I throw like either Texas craw or yum dinger I don’t peg my weight and I let the fall take course until it reaches bottom then I give it some action. But great video nonetheless my guy.
Great video thank you. How about a video about determining the rate of fall for a variety of conditions the bass prefer?
Hey, can you try a worm and tell me how much salt is in the worm? Just wondering.
Your vids are the best, easy to understand and have helped me more than 80%of other videos out there. Thankyou sir !
I am late to the game or at least taking the game serious. I been working a local pond in Texas and finally had success on a weightless worm. I am struggling with tying on a leader so maybe Tyler has a video on that lol
Great info. Thanks Tyler, we enjoy the channel –
Let's say I use a Texas rig on one of these plastics. Do I use a bobber up the line also? Super dumb question probably but I'm just getting into fishing. I don't know when to use one and when not to.
Bro you talk way to fast lol but I DO appreciate your video for sure!
Does the color of the weight matter. Is there one color better than the other
U also ha e solid steel bullet waits
Dude – literally lol'ed when trying to break the worm. thanks for keeping
Great advice as usual Tyler. I only shore fish so I tend to go heavier on the weights for more casting distance, esp in summer to go deep where the cooler water is. Right now it's pre spawn so I figure it would be a perfect time to throw some lighter weights as they would tend to be in the shallower water. I'm not going to peg as much either. Love craws and creatures. Don't suppose you could throw me 1 or 2 of your favorites in each category? Thanks again my friend. You make awesome videos!!
it'd be nice if you actually put in your equipment and lures and baits and stuff that you use so beginners can get an idea of what to use and where to get it, probably tackle warehouse lol
Good video! Like your ring. Gig em! Aggis class of '77.
Excellent
what are the exact fractions for 16oz and 8oz?
Your a baller bruh, you spit the info every new angler is curious about.
I just started fishing regularly this Spring. I have learned a lot from your videos. Keep up the good work and thanks!!!
Solid video. You always make me rethink what I’m doing as a fisherman.
So what abt the weight specs on the rods? Is that for the weight of the sinker, or the sinker, hook, and bait combined?
ayyyy! My boi Tyler back at it wit da fire intro!
