#BassFishing #FallFishing #BuzzBait
Thanks for watching everyone! What patterns are you running this time of year? Let me know below! ๐
Good video. Thanks for explaining how your using the baits.
Great video. I really enjoyed it. Do you ever fish with the Johnson gold spoon with a trailer on it. I have caught tons of quality fish on it until I got sick and could not fish for five years. Just now getting back to being able to fish again. I like to take a white twin tail grub, pinch off almost all the body, leaving just enough to get the hook on the spoon into. It gives that spoon beautiful action. I through it deep into the grass or lily pads and slowly pull it out on the top of the water. I catch fish on it when I can not get them to hit anything else. Been using them for over 60 years now. My friend now uses them. It is great for pulling over any structure.
On lake Wedowee Alabama the deeper water shad hasnโt went into the fall pattern yet but the bass are seaming to hold to structure better it seams like this time of the year. When I scan a structure with my active target I am seeing tons of bass holding to the structure and the shad are also holding to it also
Awesome information. Non stop great info from beginning to end. Thanks!
Iโm fishing 70 degree water already in KY
every dock on norman
Iโm ready to let the crank baits fly!
Love the show from the intro to the final comment. Put some early fall advice to the test yesterday and crushed them on top and in the shallows.
Do you ever prefer a choppo type bait over buzz bait and why or why not? Thanks love the no nonsense info.
Crock o gator buzz?
I love how you teach all of us these great techniques. I'm always trying to figure out how to apply up north in Michigan while chasing both largemouth and smallmouth on inland lakes. Water temps will be in the 60's next week, will these techniques apply well in these water temps?
Great info. Thanks
Another way to spell Buzz bait in Fall is F-U-N
Is the buzz bait typically good all day or just mainly mornings and afternoons? You rely on the crank bait more during daylight hours?
Always spot on info. Thank you Sir!
Good lessons Edwin . Good advice
Goin to try that this weekend
E2 got the juice
I'm in Ontario, I've been using almost exactly what you're throwing the past week or two – When the water is glass I use a toad rather than a full buzzbait – I'll trade the crank bait for a swim jig. Otherwise, wind is up a bit and I'm throwing exactly what youve suggested. It's the triple threat.
hey Edwin, why the gold blade with the white shad type presentation and not silver?
Hey Mr.Evers, why the gold blade over another??
Would you ever follow up on a piece of structure with a jig?
Sorry Stratification
Always a pleasure listening to your power stop
Buzzing and cranking
you make reference to lakes turning over photosynthesis is the term our fish biologist uses in the fall or late summer the water temperature drops algae and plankton in the upper water column dies an sinks to the bottom thats the cause for the change in water quality
Killing them on whopper ploppers and walking baits like the spook or sammy here in N.E. Indiana….just got back from a 4 day trip to St. Clair and we caught alot of smallies….best of luck to you Edwin.
Edwin, watching your video a little late because I have been watching the MLF tour on live stream from beginning to end. I don't believe I have missed a project e video and look forward to see what I can learn from you. Because my boat is still not going I believe I can use this information and fish from shore. Should do good since the bass are up shallower as you have mentioned. ๐ฃ๐
Great tips getting back to fishing on cherokee lake. Keep the great content up!
Going to put the knowledge u provide to use. Ty
I will definitely try that Edwin thank you
i like buzzbaiting and flipping bait
Thanks for all the knowledge you share with us. I would like to see you break down DeGray Lake Arkansas
Thanks for the video once agai. I throw a zoom ol monster worm, crank bait and some sort of topwater thanks for the info today and in past videos telling us that fish are high in the water column that is going to help me when choosing what stile of crank bait to use thanks so much keep it up
