How These Lures Catch Bass in August

Silent baits can be crucial right now! They still displace water and make a vibration. However after a long summer of fishing the bass are worn out. Changing things up can be a difference maker in getting the bigger bass to bite. Chatterbaits still work, and jigs are still great. However, try throwing a silent lipless or squarebill, and see if that produces more. For me it’s been a big help in August when the fishing can get pretty difficult.
