Limits and losses are part of the game! Last Tounament with a local bass club on a foggy day before moving on to another club. On the panhandle of florida, Apalachicola river, Florida river and Dead Lakes in Dec ’21. Chatterbaits were good to start, but sinco’s got me my limit…and lost me fish.

That area is both gorgeous and creepy at the same time (due to the fog and dead stumps) early that morning.
Based off of the title of this video, I thought that third one that you boat flipped was a goner for sure. My anxiety was through the roof 😂
Sucks about the hook that bent and was straightened out on that stump. I've been there for sure, it sucks.
Too bad the mudfish wasn't a bass. That would've probably won you the tourney. 5th Place though, not too shabby. Great video, Gary. 😀👍
I live on that river and can put u on some big donkeys off lake grove road man
Loved the video. When we fished Dead Lakes the water must've been REALLY high because most of those stumps at the entrance from the Chipola/Apalachicola were under water! Didn't get a single fish in 2 visits.
Nice Action. That is a super fishy looking area. I hope you did well at the tournament.
Cool video man not big on bass fishing but I like looking at what’s local folks are doing in my area seems you kinda run the same areas as me recon you might be interested in spending a day on the bank cashing some fish that average bigger than an average bag of bass in these tournaments?
Looking forward to you beating your old Cali state BASS ranking of 8th or 9th?… way back in the day. Man the competition was crazy just a bit like you when it comes to chasing the lunkers! Great vid! You need a drone! Don't straighten anymore hooks…Break a fin !
Awesome episode, those bent hooks are always bad news. Keep up the excellent content you will win a tournament before you know it.
Hi Gary… loved your video! Can't wait to see the next one!! Maybe next time you'll move-up a couple of notches in the tournament or even take 1st place. 🙂
Way to go Gary. A few of your fish looked bigger than what they weighed in at.
