  1. I only fish for stripers and occasionally sturgeon. I pay attention to seagull movements and listen and look for seals/sea lions. If it is muddy, I would play around with sardines or anchovies. Normally plug my Favorite lures/jigs. February has always been good for me. Plug the weed edges. Tight lines.
