I took my friend Markel (Kel) fishing for his first time on a bass boat in a WHILE! Late summer – early fall transition has officially startedHis PB coming into the day was right at 2 pounds and we caught nothing but fish close to 2 pounds and above. I showed him how to use a coike on a baitcaster and the rest is history! We caught around 35 fish, mostly in about 10ft, but we ended up catching a couple bigger ones out in some deeper water and a BIG one up shallow.
