I Came to Camber for BIG Bass… What a Disaster! 🎣

It was my last day in the UK before heading off on holiday, so I had to squeeze in one last sea fishing session! 🎣

After checking the tides, I decided to head to Camber Sands with big baits and bass in mind. The plan was to get amongst the gullies and target some roaming bass, and I was really looking forward to seeing what the session might produce.

But things didn’t quite go to plan!

The small tide left me with far less water than I’d expected, seriously limiting my fishing time. As darkness fell, the bites weren’t getting any better either, with nothing but tiny, microscopic bites to contend with.

Before long, I found myself scratching around, desperately trying to save a blank before my holiday began. Thankfully, I eventually managed it!

And then there was the other challenge of the night… needing a wee, with people constantly coming and going along the beach! Let’s just say there was a bit of painful waiting involved. 😂
