DAY 3 — THE DREAM BECOMES A REALITY! 🏆🇿🇦🎣

The final day of the 2026 SABAA Opens Nationals at Arabie Dam and the tension couldn’t have been higher.

After taking the lead on Day 1 with 8kgs and extending that lead with 8.6kg on Day 2, everything came down to the final day. The pressure was on, but the dream was still alive.

What followed was an incredible day on the water, putting together an 11.36kg 5-fish limit to finish the tournament in style! 🔥

That bag was enough to crown me the 2026 SABAA Opens National Champion! 🏆

But that’s not all…

I also walked away with the Wrangler Angler Award, recognizing the top angler over the last three years. This is an achievement that means a huge amount to me and something I have worked incredibly hard towards.

From chasing the lead on Day 1, finding something sneaky on Day 2, to an unforgettable final day — this tournament was one I will never forget.
