I Went Fishing with a 5-Year-Old Fan of the Channel and His Dad | Galveston TX

Sometimes a fishing trip isn’t really about catching fish.

This morning I had the chance to head out on the water with one of my channel subscribers and his 5-year-old son who is also a fan. We didn’t catch a single fish, but honestly, that didn’t matter much. We had a beautiful morning, enjoyed some time on the water, talked, laughed, and I got the chance to make two new friends.

One of the things I love most about this channel is that it has connected me with people I probably never would have met otherwise. Getting outside, enjoying the outdoors, and sharing those experiences with others is what Curing Cabin Fever is all about.

The fish may have won this round, but it was still a morning well spent.
