Frog fishing is one of the most exciting ways to catch a bass, but there’s one thing that can make or break you — HOOKSET TIMING!
In this episode of Going Ike, I’m back on Lake X with Vegas for some late-summer frog fishing, and the bass are absolutely CRUSHING it! But getting the bite is only half the battle. Knowing when to swing is everything.
Vegas and I work on slowing down that reaction, feeling the fish, and waiting for the right moment to drive those frog hooks home. You get to watch him figure it out in real time — and when everything finally comes together, he connects with a GIANT!
We’ve got huge blowups, double hookups, big bass, destroyed frogs, and a little FROG SCHOOL along the way.
