Willamette River Smallmouth bass fishing #fishing

August 2 floating the Willamette River from Buena Vista ferry to Independence Oregon. Stopping by the Willamette River Trail Rest stop along the way. Small mouth bass fishing and pike minnow. Using Sougayilang Stick baits. Using a 10 dollar Ozark trail rod and 20 dollar Sougayilang Reel. You don’t need a $200 rod and reel combo to catch fish. Bite was slow but what a nice day to be on the river.
