Wind, Waves & Tech Problems… But We Still Found Bass!

This fishing trip definitely did not go according to plan. Small boat; big lake.

We headed out on Lake Ontario hoping to fish a different area, but the wind and waves had other ideas. With our 14-foot boat, we decided pretty quickly that the better choice was to turn around and fish the more protected water instead.

From there, the problems kept coming. One of our cameras took a beating from the waves, one of our microphones wasn’t working properly, and the fishing itself was pretty slow.

Still, we managed to put a couple of bass in the boat, the sun was shining, and at the end of the day we were still out fishing — so it was hard to complain.
