NEW BOAT, BIG BASS! 🔥 Fishing Brushy Creek Lake Iowa

🚤 TRYING OUT A 1973 LUND BOAT ON BRUSHY CREEK LAKE! 🎣 | BIG IOWA LARGEMOUTH BASS

In this video, we’re hitting the water in a 1973 Lund boat that has been brought back to life and ready for some fishing! This classic Lund is powered by an Evinrude 70 HP outboard and has received some major upgrades, including new flooring and a new console.

After getting the boat ready, we decided there was only one thing left to do — put it on the water and see how she fishes! We headed out to Brushy Creek Lake in Iowa, a lake known for its incredible fish habitat and quality largemouth bass.

Brushy Creek Lake has some seriously impressive structure and habitat, making it a great place to explore in a new-to-us boat. We wanted to see how the 1973 Lund handled on the lake, how the Evinrude 70 HP performed, and, of course, whether we could put some Brushy Creek largemouth bass in the boat!

This trip was about more than just catching fish. It was about getting comfortable with the new boat, exploring the lake, checking out the fish habitat, and having a great day on the water. There’s something special about taking an older boat, putting some work into it, and getting it back out where it belongs.

We’ll be putting this Lund through its paces as we continue using it for future fishing adventures. From the new floors and console to the classic Evinrude power, we’re excited to see what this boat can do!
