I FINALLY CAUGHT A PB BASS?! π£
Day 6 of fishing every single day until we break even, and I finally did it β a new personal best largemouth bass! ππ£
Pond #4 is a neighborhood pond right next to the abandoned golf course. I fished here last fall and knew there were big bass in here. After a slow start on the Ned rig and one that spat the hook, the quarter-ounce rooster tail changed everything β the fish followed it all the way in and crushed it. Two hooks in him, a fight through the reeds, and a brand new PB!
In this one:
– π£ Ned rig struggles from the shore + switch to a shiny rattler
– π The smallest bass in the lake π
– π§ Crankbait straight onto the swivel, no leader
– π THE PB BASS on a quarter-ounce rooster tail
Tomorrow is Day 7 β I’m heading back out. Drop a comment and tell me what I should throw next!
