is fishing ACTUALLY better BEFORE a STORM?

Is bass fishing actually better before a storm? It seems like every fisherman will try to tell you that fishing before a storm is when the bass are the most active and when it’s easiest to catch them, but today, I’m actually going out to test this theory. I’m going to my favorite fishing spot loaded with tons of aggressive largemouth bass and giant northern snakeheads before a storm, and then at the same spot during normal partly cloudy/sunny conditions, and at the end I’m going to share my opinion about the results and which one is actually better.
