In this video we stayed for several days at one of the best fisheries in the Midwest: Lake Michigan. At Ludington State Park, which lies between Lake Hamlin and Lake Michigan, we were able to access both lakes and target many different species of fish on this trip. On day one we went walleye fishing on Lake Hamlin, which proved to be a success. Day two was spent on the pier side of Lake Michigan, and we fished for smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, freshwater drum, pike, and several others. Day three was spent bass fishing on Lake Hamlin using the new urchin baits (coming soon in a future JCFishing video), and we spent day four catching more fish on the Lake Michigan side. We went for walleye and did some bowfin fishing to end off the stay. It was a great experience and a success all around.
